About me
Animal's Name: Velma
Animal ID Number: 179536
What should your foster's bio say? Hello, my name is Velma and I think you should come meet me. My sister Daphne and I have started our own "Scooby-Doo" gang (minus the boys and the D-O-G). We are looking for people to join us in our adventures. We've been hanging out in a foster home while we get big enough to find our own homes. I'm the the cuddle kitten of our pair - I could spend hours sleeping on your lap or just quietly hanging out with you. Of course that's after I've had time to explore and play. If I sound like the purfect kitten for you, please ask for an introduction.
How does your cat react when being held? How does your cat feel about being picked up? Velma likes being held.
How do they play with you? Velma plays nicely.
What is their behavior like with new people and/or children? : Velma has not been exposed to many new people or animals. When she first came to the shelter she was scared, but she settled into our foster family very quickly.
What is their behavior like with other animals? Velma gets along well with the resident cats. She mostly ignores them because they don't pay with her.
What kind of litter box setup did you have for your cat? How would you describe their success using the litter box? Velma has always used the litter box with no issues. We have several litter boxes throughout the house since kittens don't always remember anything outside the room they are in at the moment.
Is there anything else that you would like the new adopter to know about this cat, such as any special tricks or adorable traits? Velma may need a little time to settle into your home, but if you give her a little time, she will warm up quickly and start exploring.
