About me
What should your foster's bio say?
Shy kittens need love too! Chrissy is a very special girl, hoping to find the perfect home! Chrissy is shy around new people, and in new situations. She will run away, and she may even hiss. But don't let her shyness fool you! Under that fear, there is a loving, cuddly kitten waiting to come out!

Chrissy is a beautiful tortie with sparkling green eyes. She has absolutely gorgeous markings, and silky-soft fur. She is a petite girl.

Poor Chrissy takes a little bit of time to warm up. But once she does, she is one of the biggest cuddlebugs you will ever meet! She loves laptime, will lean into pets, and will loudly purr with delight. Once she trusts you, Chrissy will even ask for attention. She will softly trill, or politely tap your shoulder to remind you to pet her.

Chrissy is not shy about playtime! She loves to chase balls, feathers, and mice, and will dive in the air after wand toys.
How does your cat react when being held? How does your cat feel about being picked up? With new people, Chrissy is pretty nervous being held. She will try to get loose and run away. But once she trusts you, she enjoys being held and cuddled.
How do they play with you? Chrissy loves toys! Wand toys are her favorite, and she will jump very high to catch them.
What is their behavior like with new people and/or children? : Chrissy is VERY shy around new people and loud noises. She would probably do best in a quieter home.
What is their behavior like with other animals? Chrissy has only been introduced to cat & kittens. Once she realized that they aren't going to hurt her, she gets along great with them! Because Chrissy is shy, she does really well paired with a more confident cat/kitten that can take her under their wing.
What kind of litter box setup did you have for your cat? How would you describe their success using the litter box? Chrissy has perfect litter box manners and has never had an accident. Chrissy and her litter use an uncovered litter box. She has used different types of litter (paper pellets, unscoopable clay, scoopable clay) and has done fine with each one.
Is there anything else that you would like the new adopter to know about this cat, such as any special tricks or adorable traits? I've fostered many kittens before, and Chrissy is one of my all-time favorites. She is one of the most loveable kittens I have ever met. Once she trusts you, she forms a REALLY strong bond, and will reward you with lots of love, snuggles, and affection! Because she is fearful around new people, Chrissy needs to find a patient home that is willing to give her a little time to warm up. I promise, Chrissy is worth it!!!
