Ziggy has been adopted!

Personality: Ziggy is an adorable, little guy who is very sweet once he is comfortable. Ziggy is shy and can be fearful when he's with new people and in new situations. He takes time to warm up and responds well to happy talk. He likes yummy treats and is content to sit with his people. He does startle easily and will need confidence building and an experienced home where he can work on becoming brave. When he approached too quickly, he will use his mouth to say "too much". A quiet, mature, calm home would be best due to his shy demeanor and fearful mouthing.

History: Ziggy was transferred to us from a Central Valley shelter.

Dog/Cat Skills: Ziggy is easily overwhelmed by dogs and needs time and space to become comfortable and warm up. He prefers to move away and keep some distance. Foward dogs make his nervous and he will try to hide. We have no history with Ziggy and cats.

Leash Skills: Ziggy does not know how to walk on leash and will need to work on confidence building around his leash and walking skills.

Medical: Ziggy has no known medical concerns and is considered healthy.
