Ruby has been adopted!

Ruby is part of #SubaruLovesPets underdog adoption promo. Her adoption fee is waived.

Personality: Ruby is a shy but sweet girl looking for a second chance of loving home to call her own. She is slow to trust new people but will warm up to humans that give her time and space. Ruby is looking for low-key, adult-only home where she can run in an enclosed yard, go on long walks and hike on weekends. Ruby is under-socialized and will do best in a home without young kids so that she can slowly adjust and continue building her confidence. She will benefit from getting gradually exposed to new places, faces, smells and sounds.
Ruby's adoption include a training scholarship to help her start off on the right paw.

History: Ruby was adopted as a puppy and returned recently due to not getting her needs met in her previous home.

Dog Skills: Ruby likes other dogs and she especially loves chase play with other similar size and play-style canines.

Cat Skills: Ruby has a history of prey drive towards cats and other small critters.

Leash Skills: Ruby will pull on leash and would benefit from front clip harness. Since she is under-socialized and environmentally sensitive, it is important that she is wearing safe walking equipment to prevent her from slipping out of a collar or harness when frightened.
