Personality: Buddy is a sweet and smart boy looking for that perfect home! He can be shy with new people and takes some time to build trust. He can be sensitive when strangers invade his personal space and will vocalize to let you know that he is uncomfortable. Once Buddy knows you, he will show you his true sweet side that enjoys lots of cuddles and belly rubs. He is very eager to learn and would benefit from going home that can keep him busy physically and mentally. Buddy would be most successful in an adult-only home.

History: Buddy came to us as a stray.

Dog Skills: Buddy is very enthusiastic about meeting new dogs, he will start to whimper and try to move closer to a dog to say hello. He has made some dog friends at HSSV and loves to run around off-leash with them in an enclosed yard.

Cat Skills: Buddy will chase cats and other small critters.

Leash Skills: Buddy pulls on leash when he is excited and is working on learning loose leash walking.
