Hello, hello, hello! My name is Lady and contrary to my name, I'm ready to play and run around all day! I'm still trying to figure out this big, scary world and actively searching for my furever home and family. I'm pretty shy while exploring new places and meeting new people, but with yummy treats and plenty of reassurance, I warm up quickly. I'll do my best in an adult home with a backyard where my family can help me learn about and explore the world.
Once I get to know someone, I'm quick to wiggle my butt and jump for joy. People at HSSV tell me I look and act like a herding breed mix, which explains why I'm always on the go!
I'm still learning my manners and do like other dogs, but sometimes I can be a bit much. I'd love it if you already had a social, outgoing, playful doggy at home. Maybe we could become best friends and romp around in a big, secure backyard?
My favorite activity is going out for walks but, sometimes fast cars, or even passing people scare and startle me.
If I had to describe my dream home, there would be a yard, a doggy friend, and a loving person or two who I can bond and spend time with.
