Hey there! My name is Penelope. I'm a 'Puppy Tween' and my adoption fee has been reduced to $175!

I can be a shy puppy at first, but once you get to know me, I am paw-sitively lovely! I may be overwhelmed when there's a lot of activity around me, so please be patient with me. Being in a quiet foster home allowed me to thrive and learn to love cuddle and playtime! I love to carry my toys when going for a walk. If not a toy then some stick or leaf. I cry a little when left along but eventually settle down. Other than those, my foster parent said I'm an extremely quick learner. I'm waiting for my forever home so I can grow even stronger!
