Freckles is an adorable 10-month-old puppy who came to HSSV with an uncertain past and some previous injuries. Despite his rough start, HSSV was able to provide him with the orthopedic surgery he needed to help him feel better. During his recovery, Freckles blossomed into a lovable cuddle buddy, always eager to snuggle up.

He enjoys going for short walks and exploring his surroundings, although he's still building up his confidence. Freckles has a love for all kinds of toys and can be found happily playing with anything he can get his paws on.

Though Freckles is sweet and affectionate, he can be a little shy at first and may take some time to warm up to new people and environments. He's looking for an understanding person who can help him continue to grow in confidence and bravery. With some time, love, and patience, Freckles will be a loyal and loving companion who will thrive in a nurturing home.
