Nacho has been adopted!

Personality: Toppi is a bouncy, friendly guy who would love a very active outdoorsy family that will take him on long walks, hikes and jogs. He's a big guy so a family who can appreciate his big boy silliness would be best. Toppi is very food motivated and very willing to learn new things and improve his manners. As a young, bouncy guy, he would benefit from obedience training using positive reinforcement techniques (food is life!!).

Toppi's adoption includes a post-adoption training scholarship sponsored by Pedigree Foundation. This is a one time private lesson with a R+ trainer who can help you to come up with a training plan for Toppi.

History: Toppi was adopted as a puppy from HSSV and was returned a couple years later due to unexpected changes in the family's life.

Dog Skills: Toppi is a big boy with lots of exuberance so when he sees other dogs from a close distance, he can become vocal due to leash tension or barrier frustration. He is learning to be ok near other canines and will need his adopting family to help continue his training. He is very food and treat motivated and is already learning to control his excitement one day at a time.

Cat Skills: Toppi will chase cats and other small critters so a home where he is the only pet would be preferred.
