Personality: Brandi is a sweet but often misunderstood girl. She is friendly and affectionate with people that respect her boundaries and give her time to warm up. Brandi can be sensitive to invasive handling or too much petting. She also likes to protect her space (bed, crate) as well as her treats. She responds well when in exchange for giving something up she gets a yummy treat. Brandi would do best in a quiet, adult-only home where her space is respected and where people are savvy enough to read dogs' body language so not to push her past her threshold.

History: Brandi was surrendered to us due to her being too sensitive around young children in the family.

Dog Skills: Brandi does well around other older, calm dogs.

Leash Skills: Brandi pulls on leash when she is excited and would do better walking on harness. She really enjoys long walks in a quiet neighborhood or in a park.
